Scottrade Bank Manager - - - instructed me to provide me personal information in a manner that is insecure ( via unencrypted email ). Roughly 10 days after providing the information as - - 's request, my account was hacked. Scottrade refused to make my account whole and said I was responsible for the hack. To warn other consumers, do not trust this company. At the current time Scottrade will not even address my concerns. Attached is the correspondence between myself and - -.
