Scottrade and their affiliates can not be trusted. - states that to resolve a dispute ( my account was hacked ) I am required to file arbitration. However, - will not provide me with an arbitration agreement. Because of this and many other issues, I am refiling this complaint against Scottrade for the fifth time with the CFPB. Consumers beware, I have filed more than - complaints against - trying to get a copy of the arbitration agreement and each time - responds with a boilerplate letter saying " we consider this issue closed and will no longer be responding ''. I would like to file arbitration against -. - has refused to provide me with a copy of the arbitration agreement. Can you please provide a copy of the arbitration contract.
