I have an Amazon, Care Credit account and Walmart ( which is paid off ) and when I opened these accounts GE was the holder and it looks like the accounts were sold to Synchrony Bank. Synchrony Bank 's horrible practices have to STOP! Each time I make a payment, the credit limit is dropped below the minimum balance due and then charged an over the limit fee of $38.00. I would also be charged the interest rate and before I know it my monthly payment is extremely high. I am including both Care Credit and Amazon payments. I want to be refunded each time they charged me the overlimit charge and for late fee for all three accounts. Please look at the interest rate they are charging. for Care Credit, the annual APR is 26.99 %!! This is just - and it needs to stop. And please do n't take forever to investigage. This needs to be resolved NOW and if you read any of the blogs about this company, a ton of people are complaining about their practices so please do something about them!!! Thank you.
