On - - 2015, A Navient representative called me on my cell, stating that he would finally be able to grant an affordable loan agreement for me. He identified himself as a supervisor, and told me we would be able to resolve my issue that day. To my surprise, this was the start of a financial scam I am certain was geared to diminish credit, confine me to a loan delinquent status, and secretly place me in a corrupt program that is designed to keep people in the dark about their loan status until it 's too late.
