I had a business account with PNC Bank, It was unlimited free balance with a condition that they mail me my statements. Last year, they stopped mailing my statements and began to charge me a fee ( approximately $4.00 a month ) on my account. I was in - -, - and spoke with the manager. He restored the fees and resumed the mailings of my statement. Earlier this year, they stopped sending me my statements thru the mail and in - they started charging me a fee of $17.00 per month. Since I was out of town, I did n't notice this till -/-/-. I went and spoke with the manager of the -, - branch and she told me that she was going to try to get my money back. A couple of days later, she told me that she could n't get my money back but was going to talk to her Supervisor about my situation and that person would call me in a couple of days. I never received the call and returned to her branch. That 's when she told me that she could not return my funds, so I closed my account.
