Synchrony Bank Credit card department,
I have an existing credit account with Guitar Center, which was originally serviced by - -. On -, 2015 it was announced a new deal with Synchrony Financial was signed. During the months of -, - and -, I received no statements from - -. On - -, 2015 I received a statement from the new provider Synchrony Financial which had - late charges assessed. When I called Synchrony they did offer to remove - late charge, but resisted removing the other stating that fee was not assessed by them but - -. I 'm filing this compliant against both companies to resolve the issue and to remove any blemishes on my credit reports.
