Rushard has denied me access to my active account. I have in the account nearly $ 200.00+ a refund from a department store of $36.00 that bever posted. I have called, emailed and posted via social media several times. I 've even spoken to someone and was told my issue is on the radar and being escalated. Rush has made several promises to call me back with a day or hour. The phone lines are down. I have been borrowing money for gas to get to work and to feed my kids until I can make it to another payday. As a single mother of - this has a been a strain on me. Please help, what rush card is doing is morally wrong.
