I set up a monthly payment plan with a credit card to pay down the loan. The company failed to withdraw twice because they claim the account amount was insufficient, I have records of my payment stubs to show that the account was more than sufficient. This is the second time an error of data entry on Navient 's part has resulted in payment error. However, the company is claiming that because of their error, I am responsible and will go into default. Every time I call to find out the issue, I am met with hostility and blame. I have followed on my end and Navient continues to make it impossible to relieve this burden.
