On - -, I had a 42 minute conversation with - - about discrepancies I found with Loan Nos. - and - : ( 1 ) after making online payments to - loans on the same date at the same time, the payments for - and - were not being posted on the date that the payment was made while the payment for - was being posted on the date the online payment was made ; and ( 2 ) the interest rate was fluctuating on - and - but not on - which was the same type of variable-rate loan with the same terms. The next day, I sent - - a detailed email regarding these discrepancies asking for his help. On - -, - - called to let me know - - had forwarded my email to him and he would help resolve my concerns. We spoke for - minutes, and - - promised he would get back to me within the week with some answers. By - -, I had not heard back from - -, so I called him and left him a voice mail asking him to call me back. I have yet to hear from - -. In addition, I asked - - how I would know if the interest rate changed, in other words, what kind of notice would I receive. He told me I would have to check my statement each month ; no notice would be sent. I asked - - the same question, and he told me Navient would send a notice to me to let me know. I am not sure who is correct, but I never received any notice letting me know my interest rate was going to change.
