Rush card has completely been so disrespectful with their most recent system set back. Let alone i have transfered money from one account to the next and the funds are nowhere to be found. I 've been hung up on numerous of times and on hold now for over an half hour. My car payments and insurance has been paid late and rush card has no compassion of the matter and all I want to know is where is my money. I will be closing accounts associated with Rush Card due to the lack of services and the set backs on paying bills. I never want experienced this again I was an loyal customer since 2011 but I will be continuing putting all all funds through a real banking service.
