I use BBVA Compass Bank to send an International Transfer to -. They take the money for my account, but never deliver that money. I contact them, and after an apologize, the say will send the money, and never happen. I call and call, with the same results. 1 ) Do n't send the money, 2 ) Do n't return the money to my account.
