My card was made inactive as usual when you go over the limit for your plan in a month, prior to this the amount I had available at that time was - $.00 it was there until RUSH card system went down then the balance changed to $0.00 when I access my online account. I 've called customer service several times and have been told the system is still down at this time and no answers for me.
