Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't decrease my monthly payments Tennessee

Hi my name is - - -, I have a private student loan with Navient. they are refusing to help me lower my payment passed on my financial statement and a supervisior even hung up on me. when he refused to tell me if any programs where available to me. I have a co signer who offered to send final statements and they refused to except and only took it over the phone and said she made too much to lower my interest rate which he says is the only way to lower my payment. I am not a student anymore I work and have a family and make like - a month and my bills round up to about over 2500. a month. I m in desperate need of help and they are just flat out refusing to assist me, I am willing to pay, just need an amount that I can afford. I have tried numerous times with no success and I am at my whits end I have a family to support and it seems these people at Navient care only about how much they can get out of you they care nothing about working with the customer to solve any hardship issues. The lack of empathy dicusses me to no end how can people be so bottom line and treat others like just a number.
