Rushcard is not giving me access to my funds. And my account is showing a negative balance. It 's been weeks. Customer service has hung up on me numerous times after I was on hold for over an hr each time I 've called. I finally got through and was told they had no idea when I would get my money. I 've filed email complaints and received - different " ticket numbers '' and have n't gotten a respond in over a week. Basically I 'm not getting any answers.
