On -, - -, 2015, i went into the PNC branch in - on - to exchange some spare change I had. The bank said they do not have a coin machine and refused to exchange my currency if i did not put it in sleeves myself. How can this be that one of the largest banks in the United States refused to commercially exchange U.S. coins for dollars?!
