On the application it stated that the credit rate would be either 14.90 or 22.90 based on credit worthiness and other factors. I have explicitly good credit and have very little debt. I only owe on a car loan for myself and a co-sign on a car loan for my daughter. Balances for both around $9000.00. My home is paid for. I was given the 22.90 interest rate. I received the notice that said the credit rating was used. The credit score in - with no detrimental items listed ( I have never been late on a payment ). Upon placing a call to the company, I was told that you had to have a - credit score to get the 14.90 rate and had to have an ability to repay due to the 2012 Dodds Frank act. With an adjust gross income of over $80000.00, this indicates an ability
this card. This has never happened on any credit card that I have gotten for a personal credit card. Also, several months ago, I did get a small business credit card with my same information from a different company and the rate was 12.90. Again, this company has a fair lending issue. Thanks
