I too have had rushcard, my deposit came late. Although it told me it was ok to use, it got declined every other transaction, I have no access to my online account, it says I have to call. I called several times, and a few times it hung up, other times I waited on hold the longest I waited was almost 3 hours. I had a transaction I needed to dispute and can not because I ca n't get through. This company is unprofessional, and does not keep the best interest of the customers in mind ... .I have lost having to deal with this inconvenience.
