- - - - has submitted - inaccurate outstanding debts. I filed a dispute with -. I have contact them numerous times for their trip notes ''. What they submitted to - and what the hospital claims on - transport, are completely opposite. On - -, 2014, my home was burnt down. I did not call them, nor did I receive treatment. They never billed -, which by law, they must do. They are billing me $100.00 for showing up at the scene. The firefighters showed up as well, but they did something. I said I could n't have possibly called them because I was pulled out of my home while it was on fire. They stated, Too bad, you are still responsible ''. I was appalled. For what??? Them to watch my loss??? On - -, 2014, they were called to my residence by - - Police. They stated that they transported me because I could not hear, although - was billed for advanced - ; incorrect. Again, no treatment was administered. Upon arrival -, they stated that I was an - was performed, - but NO services were received or performed pertaining to my hearing. One date of service was either, never submitted to -, because no services were performed, and the other was, as - explained it to me, was billed incorrectly. Because the services stated were NOT received.
