My name is - - i attended - -/-/- while they were owned by -. my question to you, is why do n't all students who attended the schools when corinthian owned it get relief of the private and federal loans from this lawsuit the cfpb has with them? i have been paying - dollars a month and not getting anywhere with this loan that i was forced into having. my principal amount was - with a 8.75 % interest and i have been paying for roughly 6 years and i now owe - i feel like i need to be helped out by this lawsuit. i feel as if the school has done exactly what the article and lawsuit say, by the fact i have n't heard a word for job placement like they said they would, i do n't make the salary they said i would, i also do n't even work in the automotive field because quite frankly the pay is n't enough to take care of the loan payment and have a life. my loan servicer is Navient formerly known as - - and i have contacted them about this and i have been told i do n't qualify because because i attended - -/-/-, and students from -/-/- to -/-/- are the only students that qualify. i feel thats discrimination because i do fall under the same issues your lawsuit was based upon. and the school was owned by corinthian colleges during that time i attended. i feel that my student loan is predatory because its not getting any lower with every payment.
