NO ONE CAN ACCESS THEIR MONEY. Customer service hangs up on you once you have waited an hour or more to get to them. People are losing their homes, jobs, cant eat, or pay rent. This is a disaster. UNIRUSH LLC/ RUSH CARD is by far the WORST EVER. FOLKS ' MONEY IS MISSING.
