- - the owner of RushCard has cause a lot of people including myself a lot of financial problems due to RushCard system being " hacked '' or shut down from what I 've read so far. I have - cards with RushCard and neither of them are working properly. I will not be using RushCard ever again and will not refer any of my friends or family to this company.
