They purchased a time barred account that was based on identity theft and have violated FDCA by renewing the statute of limitations illegally. I 've sent a cease and desist letter informing them that the account is time barred and I 've also learned that the company is n't bonded to collect debt in the state of Texas, thus violating Texas State Law. There are numerous FDCPA violations and I 've hired an attorney to proceed with filing a lawsuit against them for it.
