Synchrony Bank Credit card department,
I purchased an HVAC system through Lowes Home Improvement on my lowes Credit card. I signed a contract on -/-/2015 for Installed services by -/-/2015 with the only condition of weather permitting. The final installed date was -/-/2015. There was no weather delays. The installer stated that his schedulling was first come first serve. Charges began accruing on the credit card begining -/-/2015. I asked Lowes to refund only the credit charges due to the failure to meet the terms of the contract and considering the fact that charges accrued on the service even when the service had not been delivered. They did not respond despite multiple calls.
