I purchased - bundles of - Curly hair as well as a - Body Wave Lace Closure -. - # - was placed on - -, 2015. My credit card has been charged in the amount of - which is the cost for all - items purchased. I received - lovely bundles of - Curly hair extensions on -/-/15 ; however, my - Body Wave Lace Closure was not in the package. The cost of the - Body Wave Lace Closure was -. When I emailed the company to inquire about the missing item they advised me to reply to their email with the name used to place the order and a refund would be sent. I have yet to receive a refund and no one has emailed any updates in regard to this matter.
