After filing a dispute with my debit card, PNC bank issued a provisional credit on my checking account. Without proper notification, PNC bank reversed the provisional credit, which resulted in an overdraft on my account. Due to not be notified in a proper manner, my account suffered numerous fees. When I brought this issue to attention of PNC Bank, the branch manager told me they would make sure that any outstanding debits would be paid. This has not happened. Not only was I not properly notified, my account suffered an overdraft, and debit have not been paid as a result.
