I have a pre-paid Visa debit card through Rushcard which uses -. Myself, along with - others have not had access to their funds for almost a week now due to a " technology glitch ''. My payday came and went and although my direct deposit is showing in my account online they will not give us access to it. The card gets declined or says invalid. They have given us no solution or time frame as to when it will be fixed. Their customer service # hangs up on you now. I believe they stole our money. My cell phone was turned off, I had to borrow money for food, people can not buy their medications or get gas to go to work. I need my hard earned money so I can cancel this card and never use it again. They need to release everyone 's money and if it is a card issue then overnight a new card. They will not give us any information.
