U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Pennsylvania
I am writing because I reported a fraudulent charge to my credit card company, they refunded my funds and now they have put the charge back on my account. I explained that I was the victim of identity theft and do n't know how someone also used my card without my permission. The charge was for - for a company? - My bank said they would issue my credit, they also cancelled my card because of the fraud I assume but now they are trying to take my money back. Thought I would see if you could help me before I have to spend more money on an attorney who said he would file arbitration paperwork or go to court on this matter Thank You
