I have a William-Sanoma Signiture Visa, it has been paid off for a few month and chose to use it at - on the - - - on - and the decline a - and change transaction. I called find out why and the rep could really figure it out,. I told then I did not need the card and he put me on hold for - minutes and - seconds. That is abusive and i believe they did it on purpose so I would hang up and not bother closing my card.
