I have filed a previous complaint about this company.. I have made several attempts to get more information as to if they are a valid company to continue to take payments from me. This company called me out of the blue after I was taken to court by my apartments called - - in - Texas. The apartments went to court in -/-/- with informing me of the court date. They settled on an agreement and I was n't present. since this settlement I have paid a company called National - System almost - without even seeing the agreement that was made between them and my departments. I have requested several times for them to show proof that they are a legitimate company including - lettters in the mail. I have asked for the documents that were sent to the company by my apartments on -/-/- and I have still not recd anything. I need this company to refund me all my money back unless they can prove to me that they are legally able to take this money from me. I need this company to be notified so that they take this debt off of me or they will be sued. Attached with this complaint is the letter I recvd for the balance I owed for my apartment which was -. I paid off about - dollars of that and with the - I have paid these apartments, that balance should have been paifd off a long time ago. I am being scammed and I refused to pay them any more money until I get this remaining balance removed from my acct.
