Synchrony Bank Credit card department,

Credit line increase/decrease Texas

My credit amount was lowered without proper notification and valid reasoning. I called Synchrony Bank and spoke to - different people and no one at Synchrony Bank could give me a valid reason for doing so. I believe Synchrony Bank is violating my consumer rights and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act.
