TMX Finance LLC Consumer loan department,
Title loan Can't contact lender Virginia
Went TitleMax in -, VA to inquire about a loan, to simpky get an assessment of how much they might lianThe man I talked to was - -, and told him that I simply wanted an assessment. They said theyTook pictures of the vehicle, extensively, including the VIN number, inside of door, and the tags. I did n't know why that was necessary to just get an assessment. I told him I was n't getting a loan, I just wanted to know how much they would loan me and how much such a loan costs. Car is worth about $3500.00, but they said they would loan him up to $2000.00. I only wanted to borrow $1500.00, but they needed all my information before they could give me a ball-park of what the loan would cost. They made me fill out a piece of paper that I understand I would only borrow what I needed. They took all my information, just for an assessment. After all that, the loan was extremely expense, and they terms seemed ridiculous, so I said I did n't want it. I asked for my paperwork and the pages with my signature, and the guy said he shredded them, but for some reason I did n't believe him. I want to be sure they actually deleted my information, but there was n't anything I could find about how to ensure that. I do n't like that they take your information before giving an assessment or information on what they cost.
