I have been having multiple uses with Nissan/Infiniti Finance. They have reported multiple late 's on my credit report that were no accurate. They have removed - of the incorrect items, but as of today they have falsely reported me again. I have reached out to their team once again, but each time they do this I have to spend weeks trying to correct. On - - 2015, I made a full payment and their bill matrix billing system did not give me full credit for my payment and again they marked me late. This is separate incident from the previously mentioned false reports, but nonetheless is another issue I have had to deal with. Their customer service team is extremely poor mannered and have absolutely no intention of every resolving any issue. I have had a Supervisor as me to provide evidence of payments made, after providing them with their requested information they still did n't fix the issue. In my opinion this is the worst leasing company I have every dealt with and I will never lease another product from - or -, period.
