Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay California
Well the first step, I went to - in - -, California and we was trading in our -/-/- -, - and we wanted to get - new vehicle for low payments and yes the deal was not sweet at all on what we ask for and we made the deal it was wrong on papers and we ask the dealer and Wells Fargo Dealer Services who finance our -/-/- - truck in this for complete low payments and we was told by the dealer which sold us our vehicle that our first payments would not be due till 90 days after our complete finance was done and also that we had no up fees of any kind at all and to this day the whole deal was mess up and we had night mares of this deal though Wells Fargo Dealer Services and we loss a lot of money on this whole complete Breach of Contract on what happen on our deal though the bank and at the dealership and to our understanding this was wrong of what Wells Fargo Dealer Services did to us and to this day we did our best to keep up with our payments
payments on - vehicles which we did not get at all and to this day we are paying for what Wells Fargo did to and that was I will say we did get back on payments because of what Wells Fargo Dealer Services did to us by not Checking up on what the dealership did not do right and what we ask for and when we talk to Wells Fargo of this all they did not care and who we was and what the deal was in the vehicle of -/-/- - truck and what was also I was having with the truck too and which I took it many times to have the things fixed and it was not done right and we have told Wells Fargo of the deal, so to this day I am not very please of what happen on this whole deal because this put me out of work and loss jobs because of this all and still paying the price for this all to this day and right now we may have to file b/k because of this matter and yeas when Wells Fargo came out to get my truck two times, - from my place of work when I have call them and told them I was sending a payment into them no later than the next week before it was taken they did not care and yes I have all of this this in file and the next time was when I did call again and told then our payments will be there within the next 30 days it happen again and they sent out the tow truck people and I was up front against these tow truck men who took our truck and I was harassment took place and I was being threatening and offensive behavior and told if I do not back off by the tow truck person I will shoot you and this put a scar on me because see years ago - I was almost not here to tell about it and this makes a person not at ease when this happen and yes I did call the Wells Fargo Dealer Services and make a complaint to what happen and they did not care who and what I was to them and to this day it still hurts us because this whole complete deal on our fiancs and the -/-/- - truck deal puts us down when I can not work and we do not have the money coming into our home to make our finances and payments each month because of this all and to this day we are not happy of what went on with the whole deal of Wells Fargo did on our loan and other too and yes I took this all into the court room and I was put down complete on this whole deal and I do have pictures and papers of showing what took place and what they did to my place when the tow truck men took our truck and this is not right for us either, well this is all but the whole complete deal is that we should still have our - as to this day and THE BANK AND THE TOW PEOPLE SHOULS HAD TO PAY FOR WHAT DAMAGES they did to our place
