I purchased furniture from - on -/-/2015 at that time I was over charged for an item I hadnt purchased. This was financed by synchrony bank on a store credit card. That same day a refund was processed for $74.00 for the overcharged item. I was told it would take 2 months for this to show up on the card statement. It has now been 5 months and Synchrony tells me they havent received anything from rooms to go regarding this and rooms to go tells me that Synchrony must be at fault because they sent that refund request to them. I have called about this - times for several months with - organizations pointing the finger at the other and neither assisting me.
