- has been calling me over - times every day, they say they are the Reauthorization Dept, I have paid the value pays but they continue to call me. At - point they had turned my account over to collections at -, so I then called them and made a payment to fix this issue. - continues to call. I make payments to my - credit card/Synchrony Bank and make more than the amount due monthly. My credit card is not behind in payments. I am making payments on this credit card, and payments to - - and to -. I am not behind on my bill! I am really tired of - telling me that I am and I want the phone calls to stop.
