When are you guys ever going to do anything to HSBC /Benefical for their mortgage loan practices. You can - and read for days all the issues, Not crediting acct, High interest - 12.0 % ), NO modifications, closing offices and not renewing loans, excessive fees. I know Im not the first one complaining to you guys. PLEASE HELP!!!!
