Company contacted me about debt which I disputed and requested validation on -/-/2015. The company never provided the validation of the debt. Instead they sent the case to an attorney 2 months later. I informed the attorney that the company was in violation because it was after 30 days and they did not provide any validation information and collection efforts should be ceased. No other contact was made, now they have filed a lawsuit of an account that was not validated.
