Synchrony Bank Credit card department,

Closing/Cancelling account Ohio

Synchrony Bank sent me a letter saying they decided to pull my credit report randomly and closed my account with them without my authorization. My account was in good standing with them and was paid off in full a few months ago. I spoke to a supervisor over the phone and she was very rude and stated that they have the right to pull my credit report at any time, how ever many times they want to and they can close my account even if my account it paid off and I have a good standing with them.
