On - -, 2015 I bought an coupon online at -. I did the payment of $55.00 via -. I never received the coupon but the money was debited from my account, so I proceeded to contact the seller, a representative said that they never received the payment. After that I contact - from where I was told that they never keep money of failed transactions. After months trying to get my money back, filling forms from the bank without receiving any answers form them, the bank ( First Bank Puerto Rico ) said that they did n't know which bank originated the transaction and that I had to wait. After a couple of weeks I received a letter from the bank saying that they had concluded there was no error regarding that transaction. They left me without any answer to my calls after that. I contacted FDIC but they told me that I had to contact you.
