I contacted PNC Bank NA for a line of credit and they approved me for it. I already have - other lines of credit with the same bank, which I intended to keep for liquidity, but also - of them has a far better rate than the new line of credit. PNC closed the prior lines of credit without any written or verbal disclosure- replacing them with a single one that has a higher APR. I was given no warning of the lines of credit closure and it did not authorize their cancelation.
