I have had a issue with my account from - - - being removed from my credit file since -/-/-. Recently on -/-/- - - - submitted a - performance through the - department at Transunion to rectify the situation. I checked my credit report and also spoke with customer service rep and supervisor who were clueless about this information and stated they could not give me any further any further information. I simply would like my account to reflect on my credit report because this is drastically affecting my credit.
