My citibank savings account was wrongfulky closed. The last transaction I made from that account was in - of 2015. The first telephime banker told me the account was closed in -. I explanined to him that I used to have - citibank accounts that I closed and I reopened - new accounts He said that lettera were sent oit. All I know is that I never got a letter for my new savings account to be closed. I am exteremely upset because I no longer have access to my account Futhermore Im a - student and do not own a car so it not just easy for me to go down and open another one when access to my account has been stopped due to no action of my own. I am very disappointed
