In addition the application is solely for a - type loan and - states there is no said loan. - - was married to - - for 50 years till he passed - - -. In the event on any and all real estate purchases by - -, - - would have had to sign an agreement stating she is aware of this purchase and that she agrees she will NOT be included on the property, there
the Loan was rescinded, a - breach buyback contract was generated forcing - to buy it back and to close the loan ( See exhibit ). - - and - - hired criminal attorneys - - and - - to investigate and to insure the - contract was rescinded. - - obtained the Breach Buyback contract to have as evidence for cases such as this to be used as future evidence. - - obtained a fraudulent closing stating that was created before the rescinding of the loan. It stated - - brought a check into title for $1700.00. It took - - four months before - - 's insurance - - - - - released a copy of that check. The check was written to title number - which has no affiliation with said property. The - at the end stands for - -. When the check came from the Insurance Company the title number was scratched out. - - contacted - - spoke to - - and was the check was NOT intended for - - 's home. The fraud title number - - rolled the monies into is -. Then - - falsified in the closing statement - - brought the check in to - - ( See exhibit ). Attorney - - hired a private investigator and locate - - 's service writer - - and Broker - -. - - went into hiding and quit her position in -. - - found - - on vacation on the big island of -. - and - - request protection from this court from illegal debt collection and security of their residence and all assets. RESPONSE TO CLAIMED CREDITOR PENNYMAC LLC. As stated previously PennyMac LLC. is solely a servicer not a Beneficiary Lender. In all replies into this case claimed creditor parties fail to mention the Beneficiary Lender or Holder of Due Course. The - - and - - Firm is an unsecured debt collector that tries to foreclose for monitory profits. Since there is no - - or - - - - to pay it is - percent profit to steal homes and flip them. - - phoned PennyMac LLC. and had them research a said debt by giving them - - and or - - 's name. PennyMac LLC. does not list a said debt in their database. Both Government - 's - - and - - state no debt in their database. Because of the mortgage crisis fraud the government took over and backed - and - -, to insure.
