My lender claims that we are not carrying hazard insurance to cover our home. We have provided them with proof of insurance multiple times and have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue. Our insurance agent has attempted to resolve the issue as well. at this point they have refused to accept our policy and are charging us for a hazard policy provided by them at approximately - times the cost of our existing policy. This issue has been dragging out for over three months. Every time that we contact this company, they tell us that it will be reviewed but nothing gets resolved.
