Called claiming they wished to contact my friend for a job offer and that he had left my information as reference for said job. They claimed they can not contact him and asked that I forward information to this friend to call a - - - at - - - - - extension -. I 've received several calls over the past year with the exact same claim for my friend, which i know is a scam attempting to get me to do their work in a collection attempt. Seeing as I have not given them permission to contact me on a regular basis yet they continue to call me with this scam, this can not be legal. Caller ID showed the number originated from the collection agencies Arizona number : - - - - -.
