On - -, 2015 I requested that TransUnion investigate - - - - tradelines listed on my credit report, numbered - ; the same tradelines I successfully had removed from my - credit report. In the complaint I requested that they provide me with documentation of their verification process to ensure that they performed their due diligence. On - -, 2015 I received my dispute results ; - of the tradelines were removed, however the other - remained. To date I have not received any documentation surrounding their verification of the remaining - trade lines. Prior to filing this complaint I called TransUnion and spoke to a representative ( -/-/2015 @ - ). I spoke with an extremely arrogant representative who dismissed my complaint as being inconsequential to the validity of their report.
