We were charged for a - subordination fee for a home refinance that did not happen. we were not told of the fee we could not refinance because of citimorgages subordination denial, they refuse to refund or credit back the fee. - - - also charges us a fee but it was only - and not - and - - - refunded the fee because the loan was not refinanced. we paid over - dollars towns the refinance on top of their fee.
