I rec 'd my dismissed court orders because who they are they can not believe this happen but it did - speaking to MIdland new collect agent this - ( WITH /WITHOUT ) on court order they are coming for money the amount is wrong that is why I when to court not paying court fee and atty fee etc. This is old case back -, this case was dismissed by court -. They ( Midland - are aware Case number etc try to take it to court again information place in summary. Court try to destroyed with Government Codes. I want them to closed and correct by credit report etc. ( again - Midland try to reopen -. ( removed it and stop try re-open ). Statue limitation apply to this case. - I keep all my documents etc.
