This letter is to reveal the horrible service that I have received from your office. I paid off my account and was promised a Judgement of satisfaction letter. To date I have received nothing from your office but lies and deception. Just today alone I called and was given the run around and was transferred to over - employees and still no solution to the issue. I am being held hostage even after I paid off my balance in full. I have not received my paid off letter nor a satisfaction of judgement letter even though I was promised.
