GM Financial Consumer loan department,
Vehicle loan Taking out the loan or lease Missouri
In 2006, I purchased a used vehicle from - - in - - Florida. I used a lender refereed by the dealership, GM Financial. I was told that interest would be accrued monthly. However, the interest was accrued daily. The loan was roughly $8000.00, and the monthly interest was outrageous. I had no choice, but to use 100 % of my student loans to pay off this loan early. I was stuck in, what I believe to be, a predatory loan for around one year. I 'm not sure if I can be helped due to statue of limitations. I 'm sure I have thrown away most, if not all of my literature from the loan. My hope is that this loan history might be archived online.
